Before your event

  • We’ll help you clarify the key objective for your event and help you create an action-specific timeline to achieve your goals.
  • We’ll help you select a facility and negotiate a contract that includes the optimum room set-up design and audio/visual support.
  • We’ll help you evaluate what type of support staff you’ll need to run an effective and efficient program from registration through evaluation and follow-up.
  • We’ll help you determine what sorts of materials your participants will need and how you might best sell your products—and we’ll make sure you arrive on-site with everything you need, including whatever will help you get and stay balanced.

The day before your event

  • We’ll review your supplies and materials.
  • Handle any last minute changes by expecting the unexpected.

On the day of your event

  • We’ll want to hear from you-- before reviewing your room or after set-up is complete; then, during your first break, we want to share in your excitement. And, of course, call us if you have a challenge and need to brainstorm a quick fix.

After your event is complete

  • We’ll reflect back to your key objective and help you sort through what was fabulous, what could have been done better, and what needs to happen next.
