What can you do for me?

The Speaker’s Advantage can handle all on-site details of your workshop. If you need assistance developing and creating your presentation materials we can do that too. Our community network is at your fingertips. We can do everything from negotiating rates and arranging logistical details, to printing name tags and presentation materials. We can even review your current presentation and improve upon it or we can refer you to a ghost writer to develop new outstanding material. We’re also able to record your presentations to create home study courses, including workbooks and audio series. It all depends upon how much you are ready to let go—and let us handle.

Why can’t I do it all myself?

You can, but you don’t need to. Would your perfect event include arriving hours early to make sure the room is set up correctly? Would it include opening boxes and boxes of supplies? Probably not! The Speaker’s Advantage can do all that so that all you can focus on is your presentation.

How do you make things easier for me?

If you hire us to manage your event on-site, we take care of the day’s every detail—from your arrival and your participants’ registration, straight through to all that makes your presentation effective. We even handle follow-up details that will keep them thinking about you long after your presentation is finished. Let us take care of you, and your attendees.

How much work do I need or have to do?

As little or as much as you would like! Look at our list of services, we have several ways that we can we work together on your events.

How do we work together?

We connect by phone and email at first, and then exchange material hard copy via postal services. Working with The Speaker’s Advantage is much like creating a relationship; learning about your company and its services helps us deliver the event support you need and deserve.

How much notice do you need to prepare for my event? How soon before the event should I call you?

Contact us as soon as possible. Earlier is always better, but call us no matter where you are in the event planning process. We can—and will—help you at any stage.
