Meet the founder

Toni Jo Artz is rapidly becoming the most sought-after event coordinator in Las Vegas. She has a sixth sense for reading a room, knowing exactly what needs to be done ahead of time and how to provide smart solutions in real time. Her uncanny knack for managing details provides the foundation for creating stellar events. Five years ago, Toni decided to combine these skills with her passion for personal growth and founded The Speaker's Advantage to do so.

After attending scores of events, Toni identified the key predictor of an event's success. She explains, "A successful event has to have a single point of contact, a 'go-to' person, that keeps everything on target. They watch the speaker's back, the participants' needs; really holding it all together. Which is more than a speaker should be expected to do alone."

During her extensive travels with speakers, Toni has quickly intervened to manage everything from hotel facility meltdowns to speakers felled by Montezuma's revenge. Undaunted by challenging moments, Toni always creates a successful and profitable event for the speakers entrusted to her care.
